N-Scale Assembled Nob Hill house including interiors.  This miniature N Scale Victorian house is based on Southern Style Victorians but modified to be a personal residence. It is the most detailed of Gold Rush Bay Victorians with dimensions of: 4.5 inches tall and 3 inches by 3 inches at the base. House only, does not include figures pictures for scale.

One of the first things noted about the Second Empire Gothic Style Victorian mansion is the exterior's ornate gingerbread trim. The style was introduced by Northern carpenters to replicate Northern houses built in the South. Admire the decorative use of the finest oversize doors, moldings, balustrades, dormers and gables that reach toward the heavens. The Nob Hill House presents a manifestation of a true treasure trove of Victorian details.

The house is made of white plastic (PLA) and is hollow on the inside so train enthusiasts can modify the interiors as they see fit. Exterior can easily be painted with any acrylic paint. Due to the fragile nature of this item, it will be shipped as securely as possible. However window details, finials, or railings may come off in shipping. Not meant to be a toy as small details can be fragile.
